A registration is required in order to access certain facilities and protected areas. You are responsible for ensuring that your personal details provided are entirely accurate and the validity of this agreement and therefore your right to access the protected area are conditioned to the accurateness of the information and that the use of the provided credentials is only made by the individual identified by them. Accessing the protected areas impersonating another person or using an alias can be a criminal offense.
You will receive an email confirming the data that we have registered and You are required to promptly modify them by accessing your profile's page, also by following the link provided by the confirmation email. The account will be activated only after you have acknowledged receipt of the confirmation email by accessing the one-time URL provided thereby. You are required to notify Us of any breach of security or if your credentials became compromised, also by email (from the registered account) at security@fluendo.com.

Data protection
Data are used in conformity with the Spanish laws on Data Protection. Your data will be used solely for the management of your subscription and to provide you with information concerning your subscription and in a non-promotional way concerning the use of Moovida or other products of ours, but not more than three times per calendar year, unless urgently required by exceptional circumstances (such as security issues that require immediate action). Data will not be published or transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the companies within the Fluendo group, and will be always kept in Spain or in other member states of the European Union. Data will made accessible only to Fluendo Embedded employees on a need-to-know basis, and can be disclosed to administrative, judicial or police authorities for law-enforcement and tax-enforcement activities or in order to comply to local laws and regulations, or upon legitimate order by a competent administrative or judicial authority.
We ask your consent to send you a monthly newsletter via email, containing promotional information of our products and of those of our partners, on an opt-in basis. Consent to receive the newsletter is entirely optional and refusal to consent would not lead to any other consequences than not receiving it. However, refusal to provide any information marked as "required" or equivalent will lead to the refusal of the registration.
