Reporting a bug will help us detect problems quicker, improving Moovida in the process. It will only take a moment to report and your issue will be attended to.
How to report a problem with Moovida?
To report a bug for Moovida, you must have a user account with Launchpad. Give a short description of the problem by creating a bug report. Launchpad will
suggest similar bugs that have already been identified, to which you can subscribe to in order to follow its progression. If your problem is not listed, create a new
bug ticket detailing the following:
- What were you trying to to?
- What was supposed to happen?
- What happened in your case?
- Specify your system and machine (CPU, RAM, processor, graphic card, OS type & version), system language settings, Moovida version, etc.
